Lita and I have enjoyed an annual salmon fishing trip to this resort over more than several years. This year we brought the children who were able to come with us: Dan and Janae Luvera, John and Dana Luvera, Paul Nicholas and Kelly Luvera, Diane and Tim Donahue and Susan and Ron Chiabai. Michael and Christine luvera, Theresa and Chris Baldwin, and Elizabeth luvera were unable to make the trip. We all got to the resort by flying on a Kenmore Otter floatplane for a little over a couple of hours with a stopover in Nanaimo to clear customs. The weather can be unpredictable, but we were blessed with sunny beautiful days. We were able to have our family dinner in a separate room at the resort each night we were there. Lita and I concentrated on fishing as did some of the boys, but they all enjoyed the spa and activities the resort offers.
In one of the most beautiful areas of the Pacific Northwest. Fishing wasn't outstanding but everybody got a fish or two or more. We had a great time and everyone had a chance to relax with a break from normal activities.
