This month, on May 25, Lita and I will be traveling to London where we will spend the night. The next day we will fly to Barcelona, Spain and begin a nine night cruise through the Mediterranean ending in Monte Carlo. This is a family trip. All eight children and their spouses are traveling with us on this cruise. The vessel is the Regent Seven Seas Cruise line Navigator. This vessel holds only 490 guests, with 365 crew and 248 suites. It is 8 decks high, 566 feet long and 81 feet wide.,

The package we are providing for the family on this cruise includes round trip business class air, paid shore excursions, on ship beverages including wine and alcohol.  Also included are gratuities, room service, WiFi, and valet laundry plus other accommodations.

We have been on Regent cruises several times in the past. Their headquarters are in Miami. Their cruises offer on board  entertainment , spa and fitness facilities plus the usual provisions for cruise guests which are included in our family arrangement. This is our schedule

Lita and I have a different schedule then the children due to my disability regarding walking. As a result, we have had to schedule a different route to Barcelona with spending the night in hotels before arriving there. We also have had to arrange wheel chair assistance. In addition, at the conclusion of the trip, we have to spend an extra night in a hotel before returning home. Our schedule for this trip is that we fly from Seattle to London on Wednesday, May 22. We spend the night in London and leave on Friday, May 24 for Barcelona. We spentDone night in Barcelona at a hotel and board the ship the next day on Saturday, May 25. On our return. We fly to Nice on Tuesday, June 3 spend a night, and the following morning fly to London to catch our flight home. As a result, we are traveling for 14 days. That’s not something I’m looking forward to, but to have the family on this trip makes it worthwhile. Wish us well.
